Meet the Maker and her Faithful Sidekick

So here’s the deal: I’ve got a 9-to-5 that leans heavy on the left brain — logical, structured, and reliable. But come nightfall (or during long commutes and the quiet moments in between), that’s when my right brain takes the wheel. I dive into wax, wicks, and essential oil blends that feel like tiny pieces of peace. 

What began as a way to stay grounded slowly turned into something more — a slow-built, heart-led business fuelled by late-night pours, label mishaps, the occasional spilled wax, and an unexpected amount of joy.

The best part? I’m not doing it alone. My son is my faithful sidekick — always nearby with curious questions, bold scent opinions, and the kind of encouragement that keeps me going when it all feels like too much. He’s my inspiration, my manual label peeler, my scent tester, and sometimes, the quiet reason I don’t give up.

This little business is our shared spark. A blend of love, inspiration, laughter, and lessons. This is my moment of calm — a reminder that dreams are worth pursuing, even when your schedule says otherwise.

It’s a quiet affirmation that it's okay to be a little bit of both: structured and soft, logical and creative, practical and passionate, parent and dreamer.
