Change of Mind Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch, provided the product is unused and in resalable condition.

Keep the original packaging, as it’s part of the product.

To initiate a return, use our returns portal. A return shipping label will be provided.

Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty product, email us at urganiqa@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue.

We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items.

If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive a full refund.

Candle Care & Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or melting once your candle has been successfully delivered. Keep candles out of direct sunlight and avoid leaving them outdoors for extended periods.

We offer two eco-friendly options for recycling your candle containers:

Recycle: Return your clean Urganiqa glass container and receive 10% off your next purchase.

Refill: Bring back your Urganiqa candle glass for a refill with your favorite scent and get 20% off.
