Shipping Information

We ship across Australia. For international shipping, please contact us at urganiqa@gmail.com for a quote.

Domestic Orders (Australia Only)

  • Free shipping on orders over $100
  • Standard Shipping: $15 (free for orders over $100)
  • Express Shipping: $25
  • Delivery takes 4–7 days, depending on your location

International Orders

  • All international orders are dispatched within 48 hours
  • Delivery takes 7–14 business days, based on location
  • Orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. Please check with your local customs office for details.
  • Standard International Shipping: $75
  • All prices are in AUD

Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Policy

If we incorrectly address your order, we will redeliver, replace, or refund as per your preference. However, we are not responsible for deliveries where the provided address is incorrect or incomplete.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch, provided the product is unused and in resalable condition.

Keep the original packaging, as it’s part of the product.

To initiate a return, use our returns portal. A return shipping label will be provided.

Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty product, email us at urganiqa@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue.

We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items.

If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive a full refund.

Candle Care & Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or melting once your candle has been successfully delivered. Keep candles out of direct sunlight and avoid leaving them outdoors for extended periods.

Sustainability – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

We offer two eco-friendly options for recycling your candle containers:

Recycle: Return your clean Urganiqa glass container and receive 10% off your next purchase.
Refill: Bring back your Urganiqa candle glass for a refill with your favorite scent and get 20% off.
