It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-8 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All of our fragrances are proudly manufactured in Australia, with uncompromised quality and care at every step.

Never. None of our fragrances are tested on animals, and none of the fragrance ingredients we use are animal-derived.

Yes. Our fragrances comply with the rigorous standards set by the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials (RIFM) and the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). 

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Every fragrance passes through our triple-check quality assurance process before it reaches you. We also test each batch in finished products to ensure consistent quality and the scent throw you expect.

Our fragrances are formulated in accordance with the strictest IFRA standards and do not contain phthalates or parabens. None of our fragrance ingredients are animal-derived.

Additionally, our wicks are free from lead and zinc. They are made from natural cotton fibers with a flat braid design, offering enhanced rigidity and burning properties for natural waxes.

Our incense is thoughtfully crafted using sustainably sourced wood powder bases of sandalwood, joss and pine, bound with natural sugarcane bioethanol. 

We do not and will never use dipropylene glycol (DPG) in our incense. While DPG is a common chemical solvent used in incense production to dilute fragrance oils, burning it releases harsh, acrid fumes that can cause respiratory irritation, headaches, and chest tightness.

We believe your space should be a sanctuary, which is why we craft our incense using only clean ingredients, completely free from toxic chemical carriers.

Colour changes are natural reactions caused by oxidation, or light exposure.  Fragrance ingredients like vanilla or citrus scents can also naturally react with wax turning it yellow or cream. It does not affect the safety or performance of your candle.

We love our furry friends! Please note that some of our blends contain essential oils that aren't pet-friendly (such as citrus, eucalyptus, or cinnamon). For a safe and cosy home, we always suggest enjoying your candles in open, airy rooms with plenty of ventilation. It’s best to always keep an eye on your pets, especially if they have sensitivities and to make sure they are never close to an open flame.
